Eligibility: To be eligible to win a North Georgia Best of the Best category, businesses must have a physical address in Catoosa, Dade, Gordon, Murray, Walker or Whitfield county. Certain sub-categories are exempt from this rule and are noted on the ballot with an asterisk (*).

Voters: Nominators must be 18 years of age or older, and a legal U.S. resident of Tennessee, Georgia or Alabama. This contest is void where prohibited by law.

Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
